With a completely new frame built around Bosch's Intube battery technology, Fox 34 Float fork and matching rear shock, remote dropper post, and powerful Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes with slick-shifting XT gears, the Stereo Hybrid 140 SL has everything you need for great days out in the mountains... and nothing you don't. Centrepiece of the Stereo Hybrid 140 SL's chassis is undoubtedly the one piece, gravity cast down tube. This incredibly rigid structure provides the backbone for the entire bike, but also houses the Bosch Intube battery and CX drive unit. A bash plate protects the motor from trail debris impact, while the easily removeable battery cover protects the electrics from dirt and water. You can even charge the battery without removing it from the bike, should you wish. The sleek looks continue to the rear, where the seat tube protects the rear shock from water and mud thrown up by the rear wheel. A more progressive rear end makes the most of all 140mm of available travel, and we've tweaked the geometry to provide that perfect blend of pace, balance and agility that defines the very best full suspension trail bikes. As you'd expect, the rear end is Boost compatible for improved steering accuracy, and we've routed gear cables internally to keep shifts cleaner for longer.
