With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

Kids get more adventurous as they get older - instead of being limited to the pavement, they may want to venture off-road. That's why the Kid 200 has a simple 7 gear transmission and rim brakes front and rear. The CUBE 200 is the ideal bike for introducing kids to real off-road fun - parents aren't the only ones who can experience a sense of accomplishment from conquering a tricky trail. The heat-treated 6061 aluminium frame has the same quality and durability as a full-size mountain bike and is as light as our engineers can make it, thanks to a curved and formed down tube specifically designed for kids. Because we know that accidents can happen while they're pushing their boundaries, we've made the derailleur hanger easily replaceable. Just like a real mountain bike, the frame has V-Brakes front and rear. CUBE Action Team paint schemes and a range of colour options are available. The Kid 200 is essentially a real mountain bike. That's why we've fitted a MTB handlebar and stem combo, for the best possible control. The Shimano transmission with 7 gears is ideal for small kids' hands - they can always find the right gear. And, when the climb becomes too steep, the bailout 34 tooth sprocket can help out. Brake levers are specially designed for small hands, giving smooth control of the V-Brakes and plenty of power for early trail adventures. A power modulator on the front brake prevents over-enthusiastic braking from resulting in an endo - or worse.
Women's Mountain bike sizing guide
Women's Mountain bikes tend to be shorter in length, have narrower handlebars and smaller frame sizes.
They also have a women's specific saddle too if you are a bit taller there is no reason why you shouldn't try a gents frame which we can make some alterations to for you.
