With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

Featuring many of the same characteristics as its more expensive siblings albeit with a little less "roar" to its motor the women's turbo vado 2.0 is firmly rooted as the ultimate transportation tool for everything from grocery runs to commutes.
Beginning with a completely redesigned and integrated motor the vado proves itself as the ultimate city bike. The rx street tune takes the 250-watt output and makes it most usable for the urban environmentreacting to the amount of force you apply to the pedals. Think of it this way: the more power you put out the more power the motor puts out and this makes accelerations from a standstill both quick and efficient. The belt driven motor is also smooth silent and free of annoying vibrations. Perfect.
For the vado 2.0 we developed a custom 460wh battery that seamlessly integrates into the frame is lockable and easily removable for simplified charging. With this battery the turbo vado 2.0 will deliver a pedal-assisted boost up to 93 miles in economy mode 40 miles in Sport mode and 25 miles in turbo mode. These estimates of course have some assumptionsthe total rider and bike weight is 220 pounds the terrain is flat with some inclines and there is either no wind or a light breeze. In other words with a top speed of 20mph there's plenty of juice to take you to and from work a trip to the grocery store or even to that new caf on the other side of the city.
We also developed a custom-for-vado 2.2-inch computer with the german powerhouse bloks. With this touchscreen smart computer youre able to connect via bluetooth to our turbo vado mission control app for full control over your vado. This app allows you to tune the motor to your personal preferences it eliminates range anxiety through the smart control function and it offers the rider a wide range of features like including navigation tracking diagnostics and ride history. You can also peruse through these screens via the custom handlebar remote without ever removing your hand from the bars.
To top off all of the innovative features we chose a wallet-friendly build for the turbo vado 2.0. Featuring Shimano 9-speed components and hydraulic disc brakes it's the perfect tool for your busy lifestyle.

Women's Mountain bikes tend to be shorter in length, have narrower handlebars and smaller frame sizes.
They also have a women's specific saddle too if you are a bit taller there is no reason why you shouldn't try a gents frame which we can make some alterations to for you.
