With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

The Axial WLS Pro Disc bridges the gap between performance racer and comfortable, long distance tourer. Thanks to our WLS geometry it offers a relaxed, efficient ride position. We've selected a precise, reliable Shimano Sora transmission and, for 2017, added disc brakes for powerful, reliable stopping in all weather conditions. This bike gives the keen, aspiring racer everything she could need to experience the best that performance riding on narrow tyres has to offer. The double butted 6061 Superlite aluminium frame with oversized, cross-ovalised down tube, tapered head tube, PressFit bottom bracket and 3D forged dropouts is both very light and incredibly stiff. Comfort on long rides is assured, thanks to the balanced WLS ride position, slim seat stays and a vibration absorbing CUBE CL carbon fork. Women's Mountain bikes tend to be shorter in length, have narrower handlebars and smaller frame sizes.
They also have a women's specific saddle too if you are a bit taller there is no reason why you shouldn't try a gents frame which we can make some alterations to for you.
