Free Delivery over £25
With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Brompton derailleur wheels
The jockey wheels on the chain tensioner are made of a durable nylon material
Over time these will wear and could help cause the chain to slip when under load
It is common to replace the complete chain tensioner assembly - but it's possible to replace just the jockey wheels and associated components to save some money
This derailleur jockey wheel pack consists of the following items: Pair of jockey wheels (idlers) for derailleur (2 or 6 speed) Brompton chain tensioners - 10 tooth Bearings (pair - approx 19mm long with a diameter of 6mm Fixing nut (approx 30mm long) and bolt (pair) Washer (pair) Dust cap (pair)
Brompton Q part code: QCTIDLDRSET
Brompton part number: 9023097
DERAILLEUR CHAIN TENSIONER IDLERS etc. Prise off the cap on the side of the idler wheel with a small screw-driver. Undo the M4 screw (2.5mm hex key), and remove this screw, with the spindle, idler-wheel and washer. If changing the nut pressed into the moulding, tap it out with a suitable drift, and fit the new one. On reassembly, smear a little grease on the spindle. Also, do not forget to fit the large M4 washer under the spindle. Check that the idler is spinning freely (and moving in/out OK: there should be 7mm of travel).
