The classic steel twin tube shaped frame has relaxed geometry to give a comfortable riding position, with extra design features of internally routed brake and derailleur cables to reduce maintenance requirements and give your bike that neat classy look. The swept back steel handlebars allow a more upright and relaxed riding position plus comfort features have been carefully selected to make your ride as pleasant as possible including a traditional women's specific saddle and soft trekking grips with stitching detail, coloured brown to match the saddle. A steering limiter has been added to the bike to provide supported steering whilst you're riding and ensure that when your bike is resting on its propstand its front wheel doesn't tip to one side unexpectedly.

The Sherwood's graphics are inspired by our heritage and humble beginnings in Nottingham and have been sealed under a clear, protective lacquer to make sure your bike is kept pristine no matter where your travels take you. The beautiful imitation bamboo front basket is a must have accessory on this fashion inspired bike, ideal for transporting your shopping and designed to be durable. The Sherwood is a fully equipped bicycle boasting beautiful two-tone finish colour matched mudguards, an aluminium propstand, and a traditional ding dong bell included for safety and style.

Equipped with customarily sized 700c tyres in cream, chosen to be in keeping with tradition and selected specifically to compliment the bike's colour, with a tread pattern suitable for roads, paths and trails. Aluminium double wall wheel rims have been chosen for strength and the CNC braking surface provides a better surface for the blocks of the Aluminium V-brakes to brake against improving overall performance.

The simple to use 7 speed Shimano Revoshift gears with rotational shifters will allow you to enjoy relaxed trips into town and tranquil jaunts in the countryside for those delightful summer picnics.
