Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

The Axial WLS GTC Pro is a fantastically high performance race machine designed for riders who demand the best, whether tackling longer distance sportives or the cut and thrust of a real road race. The high performance package of carbon frame, full Shimano 105 groupset and Mavic Aksium Elite wheels guarantee the Axial WLS GTC Pro's rider countless fast, responsive road miles. As the little brother of our range-topping road frame, the GTC carbon is packed with real high tech features. Oversized main frame tubes with extra large cross-sections in the head tube area maximise torsional rigidty and steering precision, while slim seat stays - and the carbon &ælig;ro CL fork - ensure that it remains comfortable. We can precisely control frame strength via the Twin Mould technique, optimising stiffness and compliance as needed. The geometry creates a stretched, high performance ride position for maximum efficiency and lively, exciting handling. This high end frame deserves something special. That's why we chose a full Shimano 105 groupset including compact crank (34/50), 11-32 comfort cassette and matching brakes, creating a performance gear and brake package with the maximum versatility and peerless reliability. Women's Mountain bikes tend to be shorter in length, have narrower handlebars and smaller frame sizes.
They also have a women's specific saddle too if you are a bit taller there is no reason why you shouldn't try a gents frame which we can make some alterations to for you.
