With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.

This is one of the "Brompton Essentials" - a part necessary to keep your Brompton folding as it should. In a properly set up Brompton, the final part of the fold should be to undo the clamp holding the stem into place and the handlebar assembly will drop down and clip into the catch automatically. It's made of a tough plastic/nylon material - sometimes over time this can become brittle and break. (Breakage is also more likely if it;s not quite set in the right position to allow a clean fold) The kit comprises: Handlebar catch / clip Nipple (which fits into and in held in place by the clip) Washers (serrated star washer goes at bottom and flat washer at top) Mounting bolt / screw (fixes the handlebar catch into the top of the front fork) - torque setting 9NM Fitting and adjustment instructions are also included.
