Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

This gravel bike is built around a light and tough alloy frame built with custom formed AL6061-T6 tubes joined with double pass welds. It is bombproof and responsive and has elegant internal cable routing. The bike is fitted with our original TwinTip fork that lets you adjust the geometry of the bike to suit your preferences and the type of terrain you are riding on. All the necessary rack and fender mounts are included so this bike has a massive range of applications.
The components on the RUUT AL2 have been carefully chosen and tested for reliability during the winters on the most demanding Polish muddy bike-battlefields. Among them are the hydro-mechanical disc brakes that we have been using for a few seasons in our own bikes and the reliable Sram Apex 1X drivetrain combined with an FSA crankset and mud-proof WTB Nano tires.
The RUUT AL2 is a great budget-friendly allrounder and the perfect choice for a winter training bike, commuter or simply your basic gravel bike. Either way we guarantee you will clock lots of miles on this bike!
