With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

Lightweight, incredibly efficient and superbly practical, like all our frames it's been through our 24/7 torture-testing lab to verify its strength, durability and safety. We didn't compromise on the transmission, selecting Shimano's superb Alfine 11-speed hub gear and combining it with a Gates belt drive for silent running and practical low-maintenance performance. The eccentric bottom bracket makes belt tension adjustment a cinch and we guarantee you won't miss an oily chain. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes offer reliable stopping even when the weather isn't cooperating. There are even two bottle cage mounts, so you can stay hydrated if your Editor tempts you into a longer excursion at the weekends. Because after all, one of the beauties of an ultra-efficient urban bike is that it also makes it easier to escape the city...
CUBE's engineers took everything they'd learned from building fast, lightweight mountain bike frames and put it to good use in the Editor. The frame is built with torsional rigidity - and therefore efficient pedalling - in mind. We used double-butted aluminium tubes and our advanced mechanical forming process to put material where it's needed for strength and remove it where possible to save weight. An eccentric bottom bracket enables belt tension to be adjusted easily, and ultra-neat mudguard and luggage carrier mounts enable the easy addition of these accessories without spoiling the clean lines of your bike. And the sleek, lightweight fork performs as good as it looks, giving precise and nimble steering and a surprising degree of comfort on rough city streets.
