With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

Brompton rear dynamo light - solo Brompton Spanninga Solo rear light - new for late 2018 - as supplied with the new SP SV8 hub dynamo kit - it is also compatible with the Shimano and SON hub dynamo systems
This Brompton rear dynamo light can be mounted to all Brompton folding bikes - with or without a rack (generally it will be a replacement for your existing rear dynamo light and use the existing bracket)
The rear light has a "stand light / safe stop" function which means it stays on for approximately 4 minutes after you stop - to improve your visibility when stationary at traffic lights for example.
The Brompton Solo rear dynamo light also has a built in reflector
The light replaces the reflector - so you can use the existing brackets
The light is connected to the power of the hub dynamo via the front light (the front light connects to the dynamo and the rear light connects to the front light)
