With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

Cyclocross can be brutal. That's why, for 2019, they went back to the drawing board to create an entirely new bike. The Cross Race C:62 SL features a brand new carbon chassis - complete with full carbon fork - and a component setup geared for hard use on the 'cross race circuit. Our designers saved even more weight with a Newmen Advanced carbon cockpit, Newmen Evolution SL R.32 alloy disc wheelset and Easton EC90 superlight crankset. Then they specced SRAM's CX1 hydraulic disc brakes and Force 1 11 speed transmission, for the ultimate in stopping power and slick, simple gear shifting. It's a winning combination. Now all you need to do is pedal, run and pedal your way to the podium...
CUBE know that the simplest solutions can sometimes be the best. That's why, with the Cross Race C:62 SL's 1x11 transmission, we incorporated a custom chain guide - so that you don't have to worry about an unshipped chain ruining your race day. For the rest of the chassis, we began with our premium C:62 carbon and crafted it into the lightest, stiffest frame possible - in five sizes, so that you can find your perfect fit. We even routed the cables internally via the head tube, eliminating cable rub and reducing the need for down tube reinforcement. The result is a sleeker appearance, shorter cable runs and even lower weight. With our race-bred geometry providing sharp, nimble handling and the full carbon fork helping filter out vibration, it's a thoroughbred racer through and through.
