BASIC SERVICE
- The bike is checked over making sure everything is adjusted and working correctly.
- Brakes and gears (if fitted) are adjusted.
- Bottom bracket, headset and wheel hub bearings are adjusted.
- Wheels tweaked up on the bike in order to adjust the brakes (not trued).
- The chain, gear components and cables are lubricated.
- Tyres inflated to correct pressure.

FULL SERVICE
AS BASIC SERVICE PLUS:
- Stripping and re-greasing wheel hubs, bottom bracket, headset (unless sealed)
- Bike-wash, including degreasing and cleaning drive train
- Wheels are trued and re-tensioned
- Brake/gear cables are replaced if necessary (parts price not included)

SUPPLEMENTS
With the service your bike may need some new parts fitted. There is an additional charge for fitting these parts:
· Brake cable, brake pads, gear cable (inner/outer), pedals, saddle, seat post, grips, jockey wheels, lights, cycle computer, pannier rack, mudguards (excl. full length) £3.50 per item

CONDITIONS:
- We run a system based on first come first served basis. We will endeavour to get your bike fixed within 24 hours or the same day if you get your bike to us before 10.00 AM (subject to availability of parts)
- The price list is a general guideline of prices charged. Labour costs can vary depending on the condition of the bike and specific demands.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%
- There is a 25% labour surcharge to fit parts not purchased at STOWS CYCLES.
- Prices quoted are labour charges only and do not include parts.
- Bikes not collected by the arranged collection date will incur a storage charge (£4.00 per day). Any bikes not collected within 2 months of collection date will be disposed of to cover cost incurred.
- Any new parts fitted are covered by the manufacturers warranty. We do not guarantee equipment not supplied by ourselves.
- The cost of repair is estimated and every effort will be made to keep within that amount but this cannot be guaranteed.
- We reserve the right not to undertake repairs where it is felt that the age and/or condition of the cycle makes it uneconomical to repair.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
