Delivery?

Delivery costs are £2.99 to addresses in the main land UK and for larger items, i.e. bikes, cost is £15. Most items usually take between 3 and 5 working days. Overseas deliveries are subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipment cost:

Security & privacy?

Stows order payments are conducted using PayPal , which offers our customers security and protection against online fraud.

Stows Ltd will not add your personal details to any mailing list unless requested.

Returns?

If any product supplied by Stows is unsatisfactory please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return of the goods. Please retain the delivery note or invoice for this purpose. Returned items which are not faulty will be refunded less 10% of original value to cover handling. Any costs incurred when returning goods is also non-refundable. All goods returned must be in unused condition, in original packaging and with all documentation.
