With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

The Axial WLS is a versatile sports tourer for the keen racer. The high quality aluminium frame - with geometry designed especially for women - is equipped with a Shimano Claris 2x8 transmission with a wide ratio of gears, so it's as well prepared for fast rides as it is for long climbs and mountain passes. The Axial WLS is both extraordinarily light and very stiff, thanks to a double butted 6061 Superlite aluminium frame with details including an oversized, cross-ovalised down tube, tapered head tube and 3D forged dropouts. The CUBE CL Race carbon fork and cross-ovalised &ælig;ro Flex Stays add comfort without sacrificing efficiency. Special WLS geometry creates a compact but efficient ride position that's particularly comfortable over long distances, helped by the carbon fork and slim seat stays' vibration damping characteristics. Internal cable routing contributes to a wonderfully clean look that's unusual at this price. Ultimate versatility: with a complete Shimano Claris 16 speed transmission and brakeset precise gear changes, reliable braking and long-term durability are the least you can expect. We've chosen a compact double chainset (50/34) and wide-ratio 12-32 tooth cassette to make even the steepest climbs seem less daunting, without sacrificing speed on the flat. CUBE wheels, built in our own factory with Swiss DT spokes and CUBE rims and fitted with Continental Ultra Sport tyres, are another highlight in this price bracket. We've even included a CUBE cockpit setup and WLS saddle to increase rider comfort.

Women's Mountain bikes tend to be shorter in length, have narrower handlebars and smaller frame sizes.
They also have a women's specific saddle too if you are a bit taller there is no reason why you shouldn't try a gents frame which we can make some alterations to for you.
