With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

Comfort and lively handling are redefined by the Attain Pro. We've designed this race bike so that you don't need to be a pro to get the best from it - though we reckon any pro would immediately feel at home. Everything from Epic rides to short, fast blasts are there for the taking - and every mile will be a pleasure. The Attain Pro features an aluminium Superlite frame, its tubes carefully joined using our Smooth Welding technique. The rear end is superbly comfortable because we've incorporated more vertical flex to reduce road shocks and avoid transmitting them directly to the rider. We've also carefully specced a shock-absorbing carbon fork which, just like the frame, has clearance for tyres up to 28mm. The tapered head tube and PressFit bottom bracket are connected by the stiff, complex profile, oversized down tube. This significantly increases stiffness, steering precision and drivetrain efficiency - meaning more speed. Internal cable routing is another neat touch that's rare at this price. The Attain Pro stakes its claim as a peerless fitness and training bike by cutting no corners in its specification. Shimano's Sora groupset - including 18 gears and the brake system - guarantees precise gear changes, safe stopping and long-term performance. The compact chainset features 50 and 34 tooth chainrings and drives the rear wheel via a 11-32 cassette. High quality CUBE RA 0.8 &ælig;ro Disc wheels shod with Continental Ultra Sport 2 racing tyres deliver high levels of grip and low rolling resistance.
