With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle-free Returns
Returns: If your order arrives damaged in some way or you simply change your mind, then you should notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of delivery. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected item(s). You can notify us by email at cycles@stows.co.uk or by post by writing to Stows Cycles, 72 High Street West, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1EL or calling us on 01753 520 528.
We will happily exchange the goods or issue a refund.
All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Any undamged items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging to prevent any further damage and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

The Curve Pro is proof that a reliable and robust Country Lite Series bike can also be fun to ride - and the hydraulic disc brakes are a real highlight. With its elaborate attention to detail, the Curve Pro's aluminium frame is one of the best quality frames in its class. The double butted tubeset saves weight whilst also ensuring that steering is very precise. The multi-functional 3D forged dropouts are designed to make attaching mudguards, luggage racks and our own Easy Mount kickstand simple and quick. Cables are routed inside the frame to protect them from dirt and water ingress - a practical feature that also gives the frame a sleek look.
Curve Pro has a 24 speed drivetrain from Shimano which, along with the Rapidfire Plus gear levers, ensures long term smooth, precise gear changes. The SR Suntour NEX HLO suspension fork - with lockout - adds comfort and safety on rough surfaces. The Tektro HD-M290 disc brake is another highlight, providing superb stopping power and reliability irrespective of the weather. Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres roll easily and grip hard in a wide range of conditions.

Women's Mountain bikes tend to be shorter in length, have narrower handlebars and smaller frame sizes.
They also have a women's specific saddle too if you are a bit taller there is no reason why you shouldn't try a gents frame which we can make some alterations to for you.
